With over 26 years in the construction industry, Ben is an experienced Project Manager, delivering building and infrastructure projects across institutional, commercial, and local government projects. Ben brings a specialist insight in construction methodologies and staging of works, contract administration and procurement. Experienced in design management and working as the superintendents’ representative on larger value contracts. Ben has demonstrated experience in reviewing construction documentation, value management, programming, and managing project timelines, risks, and reporting. With a breadth of experience across residential and commercial building, transportation, justice, social infrastructure, and education projects, Ben is a key asset to the AKT team.

Through his career, Ben has built significant contract knowledge, skills, and experience in the construction industry, advancing through roles such as client-side Project Manager and Superintendent. Through this experience, Ben has gained extensive technical and practical knowledge of high-rise residential, commercial, transportation and social infrastructure construction. Ben has managed projects for clients utilising Lump Sum, D&C and Construction Management contracts whilst working for a Tier 1 contractor, large public institutions and local government organisations.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hon), a Diploma in Building & Construction (Management), and a Certificate III in OH&S (Building & Construction).
