John is an experienced building professional with a career spanning more than 25 years.
He began his working life in 1992 with a building cadetship before progressing to the positions of contracts administrator, project manager, construction manager, and state general manager.
In 2006, John worked as the project manager for the delivery of the Reserve Bank of Australia’s Business Resumption Facility. This project received the highest MBA Construction Award for the most outstanding project in NSW in that year.
In 2007, John moved to Brisbane to establish Grindley Construction Pty Ltd Queensland Office and Operations. In 2010, he was appointed to the Grindley Board of Directors.
In December 2017, he established Collaborative Construction Support, a construction consultancy company.
John holds a Degree in Construction Management, an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting, and a Certificate in Adjudication.
John joins Akt. Project Management as a senior project management consultant.
